Rock beach is a huge beach that also has dunes running behind it. You can park at Rock Beach Car Park. This car park is pay and display and you can use the RingGo app.
This beach at low tide goes for miles running along the Camel Estuary.
You need to be careful with some parts of the beach, the sand can be very soft!
From this beach, you can also get a ferry across to Padstow for more exploring!
