This is a beautiful walk, crossing the rolling Devon hills.
You can park in the village hall car park, which is free and has ample parking. Maybe try and check ahead to see if there are any events that day, which may effect parking space!

The walk is 3 ½ miles long and covers beautiful fields, small streams and farmland.
We followed a map and instructions we found online, these were easy to follow but make sure you read ahead a few steps so you know what to look out for!
We didn’t see any livestock in the fields when we went but you need to be vigilant as there are a few farms around.

We stopped in one of the fields half way round and had a picnic, it was the perfect spot! Taking in the views, while the dogs ran around!
There are a few places where you need to cross a small country lane or walk along one before the next footpath, we didn’t find these roads were busy at all but just keep dogs on the lead.

There is a bin at the car park but no other bins on the walk, so be prepared to carry or as previously suggested a DICKY BAG is the perfect option!
There is not much in the village if you wanted a drink or some food after your walk. There is a dog friendly pub there but it is not open at the moment which is a shame!
However there is a lovely pub called the Flintlock Inn just over 4 miles away, which serves lovely food and has a great beer garden for those nice summer days!
